This release marks a refinement of my token workflow.

Instead of chasing variation for its own sake, Token Souls focuses on consistency, readability, and practical use in tabletop environments. Every token is designed to function at actual VTT scales while still carrying personality and atmosphere.

The collection is meant to grow over time. Future volumes will add new characters without changing the core visual language, keeping compatibility across campaigns and projects.
